  16. I have uploaded /pub/pc/ultrasound/submit/sdk.tar to the submit
  17. directory of archive.epas.utoronto.ca.  It contains a reconstruction of
  18. the Ultrasound Programmer's Digest archives.  A listing of the tar file is
  19. attached.
  20.  
  21. I have re-processed the issues which exist in the ancient
  22. systems/ibmpc/ultrasound/digests directory on wuarchive.wustl.edu.
  23. I was able to supply a few missing issues,
  24. and I have consistently adding leading zero's to single digit
  25. numbers.
  26.  
  27. There are a few missing issues.  In the MISSING file, I say:
  28.  
  29. GUS Programmer's Digest missing issues.  It's quite possible none
  30. were issued with these numbers:

  33.     v5#14
  34.     v5#20
  35.     v6#01
  36.     v6#02
  37.     v9#30
  38.     v9#31
  39.     v9#32
  40.     v9#33
  41.     v14#3
  42.     v15#12

  44. There are apparent mis-numberings of existing issues in the archive  as
  45. well.  I note a few below, but have probably overlooked others.
  46.  
  47. v2#1 and v2#2 incorrectly announced themselves as v4#1 and v4#2
  48. respectively - from the dates of issue and the fact that there are
  49. distinct, correctly sequenced issues of v4#1 and v4#2, such mis-numbered
  50. issues are placed in the reconstructed correct archive.
  51.  
  52. The archives of v9 I got skip from v9#30 on 18 Mar 94 to v9#34 on 29 Mar 94;
  53. I have no idea if these exist elsewhere.
